Welcome to Geography Awareness Week and GIS Day at Fairmont State University! Fairmont State University is an officially registered event site for National Geographic's Geography Awareness Week and International GIS Day.
The Geography students at Fairmont State University (Introduction to Geography-001, Introduction to Geography-002, Introduction to Geography-003, and Geography of North America) have worked all semester towards creating a Geography Awareness Week and GIS Day! community experience.
The Geography Department and Geography Students at Fairmont State thanks the many organizations and individuals who have contributed to this 2nd annual public celebration of Geography.
