Access Kronos at and choose My Apps

Your Kronos password may not be your UCA password. The FSU and Pierpont IT departments cannot reset your Kronos login. Please use their help links instead.

Firefox is the preferred browser for Kronos. IE works. Chrome does not work.

What should I be doing now to prepare for the Kronos implementation?


Continue to track your work time on your paper time sheets AND in Kronos. It is important that you do both because the payroll office is working to ensure the Kronos payroll is accurate, and they need everyone's time data in the system to do that.

Track your annual and sick leave in Kronos, but continue to do paper leave requests until June 30.



Check your staff's time cards and leave daily (or close to daily), as if this were our production system already. Fix time card issues and approve/reject leave.

Approve your time cards according to the Kronos calendar (see the supervisor tab to download the calendar and check sheet)

Report any problems to HR/Payroll or to so we can work the issue out now.

Attend the Monday morning Kronos work sessions for individual assistance if needed. These are in skylab, from 8:30 until 11:00 on the Mondays the Kronos time cards are due.

Kronos Training Materials

  1. Log in to MyApps
  2. Choose "Enterprise Readiness"
  3. Choose "Training"
  4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
  5. In the left-hand drop down, choose "Time and Leave Management"
  6. In the right-hand drop down, choose the appropriate category

You'll then be directed to a page with videos and pdf files for download.


Positive paid: Employees who do a time sheet or monthly work record currently.

Exception paid: Employees who do not currently do a time sheet or monthly work record.
